01 Acceptance of Terms

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request or expiry of a self-exclusion period, any genuine real-money balance (net of voided bonuses) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after review. Accounts closed due to Terms violations will not have balances returned if those balances are connected to the violation.
